Refund Policy

Modification and Cancel Refund

We offer full refunds for modification and cancellation requests made within 12 hours of purchase.

Return Refund

We offer refunds for returned items within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • With a receipt or proof of purchase

Lost Package Refund

If your package is lost in transit, we will resend your item or issue a full refund.

In the event that the package is delivered successfully and you have not received it, we offer two solutions:

  • Resend: If you wish to have the new item(s) resent, we kindly request your assistance in covering the resend fee.
  • Partial refund: The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the value of the item and the shipping carrier’s policy.

Refund for Insurance

If your order reflects successful delivery but hasn't reached you, we're ready to assist. You have the option for us to resend the items or receive a refund, equivalent to 70% of your total purchase.

Kindly submit documentation of your correspondence with the local post office to validate the status of your order, particularly in cases of potential loss.
