Discover our ANZAC Nurse collection, featuring apparel and accessories that pay heartfelt tribute to the courageous women who served as nurses alongside Australian and New Zealand forces — the unsung heroines of the ANZAC story whose dedication, compassion, and bravery saved countless lives.
From the hospital ships and casualty clearing stations of Gallipoli and the Western Front to the field hospitals of the Pacific, ANZAC nurses served in some of the most dangerous and demanding conditions imaginable. The Australian Army Nursing Service and the New Zealand Army Nursing Service sent hundreds of women into active war zones, where they worked tirelessly under fire, in extreme heat and cold, and amid disease and devastation to care for the wounded and dying. Among them were the 21 nurses lost when the hospital ship Vyrtus was torpedoed in 1917 — a reminder of the ultimate sacrifice made by these remarkable women.
